Use Blue/Purple Berries.
Takes 20-30 Minutes and 10-15 Narcotics
A Parasaur might sprint very fast so be ready to chase one after you hit it.

You can ride a Parasaur using a Parasaur Saddle

- The Parasaur is a passive dino and will not attack you even if you attack it first.
- The Parasaur protects it's eggs and might attack you if you take them.
- Parasaurs run very fast, so can be hard to catch them.
- Before taming, you should try luring a parasaur to a rocky area or somewhere where its hard to escape.
- Use a bola to disable it.
