Above and Below

Description[edit]

Above & Below is a platform-adventure game where you are invited to put the Morg's shoes, the devil with the honorary title of "not allowed at ANY card game contest", or Zorg's shoes, the angel with difficulty concentrating and permanent attitude of "happy go lucky", in the adventure to recover the Power Gem.

Run up and down, above and below, and collect as many shards of the ancient gem using your abilities and power-ups. And do not think that the troubles finish with the Gem recovery...And do not think that the troubles finish with the Gem recovery...

Above & Below is the episode 1 from an upcoming series of story games with Morg and Zorg, developed by Pepoworld.

Above & Below Main Story[edit]

Ever since the beginning, all mystical creatures received their power from the Power Gem. For millennia, it fueled everything and magic was a common sight in all places. Now, the Power Gem has cracked, spreading shards all over the world, and it's own strength has diminished greatly.

Magic has disappeared and is no longer possible without great effort, and with this in mind, both Heaven and Hell are working together to collect these lost pieces to put them back together. Since no one side can survive in the other's home place, good and evil now collaborate for the greater good, for magic. The chosen ones to represent each side are Morg and Zorg, the bravest and strongest from their kingdoms.

Whether you prefer the curious and kind angel Zorg or the daring and powerful demon Morg, only with the efforts of both combined can the Power Gem be fixed, so start running, run with them, run up and down, above and below, and collect as many shards of the ancient gem.

Morg's Character Description[edit]

Life's short and things burn, all the more so especially when you're near a fire-spitting demon. Meet Morg, a playful trickster, sent on a mission to collect as many shards as possible. Out of all the little devils that cause chaos and dismay, Morg was elected chief and as such he was chosen to be the hero of the day in the shard hunt. While power is important for this little devil, more or less, Morg also has another motive in mind. As much as he likes setting things ablaze, there's nothing more welcoming to him than the fresh smell of marshmallows and seeing as the shard controls the magical energy of all creatures, he can no longer make a proper fire...What's left of his once proud fireball is merely a sparkling and he wishes to repair the Power Gem in the hopes of a real feast.

Help Morg reclaim his once mighty powers, so that the world would be filled with magic once again... and marshmallows.

Zorg's Character Description[edit]

There's a saying that none can be indifferent to the songs of angels, that they could tame the wildest of hearts and beasts. It is because of this reason, and countless others, that Zorg became the champion of light, entrusted with the difficult task restoring the Power Gem.

Known as the „singing angel” to his kind, Zorg has always had something for the fine arts. Some know him for his voice, others even go so far as to call him a poet, yet all know of his great heart and love for all. When the shards fell off the Power Gem, all angels gathered in a council asking for a volunteer to seek these broken pieces and return them to their rightful place. It was then when Zorg immediately stood up and offered his talents. Many didn't understand his wish, and even more were surprised when his wish had been granted. But at the end, as he set forth in his quest, they all realized a weird silence filling the air. The magically enchanted instruments that once echoed through the clouds with songs of joy, were now silent due to disruption of magic. Then it became clear to all just why „the singer” had volunteered.

Help Zorg in his quest, find and return the shards to the Power Gem, and last but not least, help the little one sing once more.
