Each fighting action in Absolver requires and consumes Stamina.
The more stamina you have, the more attacks you can do before getting exhausted.
Stamina recovers overtime when you do nothing. Successful defensive actions give back instantaneously a little bit of Stamina.

- Endurance is the Attribute that determines your max stamina.
- Increase stamina by increasing your Endurance in Meditation when you Level-up.
- Your Mobility determines your stamina recovery speed.
