Walkthrough

Locate the 2000-KJVS Generator in a small control center near Departures and pump it three times:

This will restore energy to an LM-LIKN Terminal in the same room as the generator. Read the messages there. There is a code there to unlock a door to a secret Stash. In the utility folder, restore the power to Power Junction D-13 Departures

Collect the Stash (passcode is "0340") from a password locked door near the Departures area. You should find a Medikit Blueprint there.

Make your way to the Spaceflight Terminal and climb the stairs there to the platform above

You should see the Torrens from within the window.
