Walkthrough

After you help Ruiz and the other survivors, the Alien Queen shows up

You can't really kill the Alien Queen at this stage, and she is pretty powerful and can kill you if you get to close. Best strategy is to enter one of the Shipping Containers in this area. The Queen will chase you but she is too big to go inside. Shoot her from inside the container.

Eventually Reid fires a missile at the Queen from the Dropship. The missile misses, but the Queen starts retreating. Do not re-engage the Queen at this phase.
