Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk with Tom Nook now that Nook's Cranny has been built.
- You will need to upgrade Resident Services into a Building from its tent form.
- Talk with Tom Nook at this point and ask about Let's talk infrastructure, then choose Bridges and inclines.
- He will give you a one-time DIY Recipe for a Bridge Construction Kit.
- Collect the needed Wood from trees on your island.
- Collect the needed Clay and Stone by hitting rocks around the island
- Once you have the wood on hand, you will need to select the location for your first bridge.
- Choose carefully that it affords you maximum accessibility, this is your one "Free" bridge.
- Every bridge after this will be funded by Bells and takes 1 day to complete.
