- Having paid off the Move-in cost, Tom Nook will make the offer to upgrade your tent to a house.
- Nook will make the offer and you simply need to accept.
- The housing upgrade will appear the next day.
- You will take on a debt of 98,000 Bells.
- You have 8 options for colors for your rooftop: Red, Pink, Yellow, Black, Blue, Aqua, Green, Purple.
- This will also unlock the Nook Miles+.
