"Do not let Hickey or Lee lose more than half their health" is an optional objective in the mission Johnson's Errand
Make sure to kill the bandits as soon as possible before they can hurt Charles Lee and Thomas Hickey.
If Lee or Hickey go below 50% health, you will still be able to complete Johnson's Errand, but not at 100% Synchronization
