"Get to the harbor master" is an objective in Chasing Lee in Sequence 12
Walkthrough[edit]
Head for the waypoint marker. Connor has taken some serious damage and is really not going to running very fast right now. Head on up using the stairs and get over to him. That will finish out the sequence and bring on the final cutscene.
Head on in to the marked house nearby. Enjoy it then it is back to the real world with Desmond.
