"Loot a body" is an objective in the mission Johnson's Errand.
After killing the Bandits in the Fort, you need to loot one of their bodies.
Hold B/Circle while standing near a dead body to LOOT it.

Thomas: Quit yer cryin', I'm comin'! Wait! Them bodies is sure to have loot on'em. Would be a shame to let it all go to waste.
