Walkthrough[edit]
Start walking forward. Get through the crowd and it is onto the next part. Time to deal with Hickey.
Assassinate Hickey before he kills Washington[edit]
Hickey takes off at a run in the chaos that has erupted. Take off at a run. If you want full Synch you need to get 2 quick kills on the way: Enemy Militiamen. There are a few and you need to get them on the first strike.
After that just head for Hickey as he charges Washington. Move in and attack him. If both Washington's Bodyguards fall, then the optional objective will be failed. One can go down, but that is all the slack you get. After that you need to engage Hickey and take him down. For a named fellow he goes down quick.
Follow Achilles[edit]
Follow Achilles forward into the chamber where Washington is giving his speech.
