What is the Assassin's Creed III Season Pass?[edit]
The Season Pass is a paid additional content (DLC) which can be purchased in order to get free access to future additional content.
What content is included with the season pass?[edit]
The Season Pass will give you access to 5 additional content offers set to release at different points in time. The first DLC will unlock all the exclusive content previously only available with specific editions of the game. More details about the content will be available as we get closer to release. You can check the available content included with the Season Pass by going to the Extras --> Additional Content menu. Content included with the Season Pass will have the mention FREE WITH SEASON PASS in addition to the standalone purchase price.
Can I buy a DLC included in the season pass without it?[edit]
You will be able to buy each DLC separately if you don't have the Season Pass. Some DLC might be available earlier to Season Pass owners.
Where can I purchase the Season Pass or any DLC for Assassin's Creed III?[edit]
The Season Pass is available for purchase directly in the game's Additional Content menu on consoles. In the main Multiplayer menu, you can access it from News and Data --> Extra Content. From the main menu, simply select Extras --> Additional Content to access. Additional content for Assassin’s Creed III can also be found on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace.
- Xbox360 players: Please note that you will have to download the Season Pass content on Xbox360 once the purchase is complete.
I have purchased the Season Pass. How will I get my additional content?[edit]
Once you have purchased the Season Pass and the additional content included with the pass has been released, you can get this content by going in the Extras --Additional Content menu of the game. All content included with the season pass that you can download for free will be clearly identified with FREE and INCLUDED WITH SEASON PASS.
Xbox360 Players: Please make sure to get the additional content included with the Season Pass directly in Assassin’s Creed III, since the Xbox Live Marketplace will only offer you an option to purchase the content.
I deleted the season pass from my console, how can I download it again? I deleted a DLC included with the season pass, how can I download it again?[edit]
On both consoles it is possible to re-download content through the download history. On Xbox360, this can be accessed through the Settings --> Account --> Download History option.
On PS3, this can be accessed through the Account Management --> Transaction Management --> Download List option. Additionally, if you are using the account that made the purchase, you can go to the Additional Content menu in-game. You will be able to see what content you already purchased and download the content directly from this location.
