"Tail the suspicious man" is an objective in Sequence 5
Walkthrough[edit]
Connor needs to follow the suspicious man and see what he is up to. This is back to the tailing strategies that you were using as Haytham Kenway. Follow the man down the street and into the alley as a fair distance.
As the man starts to climb the ladder, duck behind the fence on the right and wait for him to get up to the top. After that you need to head on up yourself. Once on the rooftop use what little cover you have to keep out of sight until the next objective comes up.
