Walkthrough[edit]

Fast Travel to New York, and find Lance's Contact near the Harbormaster in the Southeast. After speaking with him, you need to retrieve the plans. You have three parts of the plans you need to get, each carried by a different target, marked by a red circle. Pickpocket the plan pieces if possible since the area is full of guards, or otherwise you can just kill and loot. The last part of the plan will be on a ship in a Restricted Area, the thug carrying it is on the right of the ship so you could sneak in to that side, kill him quickly, then escape to the water.

After getting all three parts of Lance's plans, fast travel back to the Homestead and give the plans to Lance.

Dialog[edit]

Lance: Do you have business in New York on occasion? I only ask because I ordered a package from France and it's long overdue. I've written the postmaster, and he is yet to respond. I thought you could inquire in person, if you had the chance.

Connor: I will pass by the next time I am there.

After retrieving the plans:

Connor: I have your plans. What are they for?

Lance: You got them! This, Connor, is a design for a chair that folds! Genius! You won't regret this!
