Loot the chest to recover the Tools
Walkthrough[edit]
Speak to Lance who is holding a chair. Then fast travel to Boston and meet Lance near the North Point Tunnel Entrance. Then follow him to the shop. After talking to the NPC sweeping the steps, find Patrick nearby, who is marked with a green circle. Then you need to tail patrick. Finally loot the chest outside Patrick's house.
How to tail O'Hara[edit]
Keep a safe distance, but don't let him get too far. Hide behind corners, hay carts, and blend in with groups of people. You can press B/Circle while targeting a hiding spot to tell Lance to HIDE.
