How to catch[edit]
Climb to the top of the small house using this window:
Get to the roof, the Shanty starts floating away:
Run to the corner of the roof:
Jump from the edge and you should catch the Shanty:
If you failed to catch it, you can chase it and try to catch it further down the route
If you still fail, you can fast travel to one of the nearest viewpoints (the one to the west is closer) which will cause the song sheet to respawn, and you can try again.
