Climb to the top of the roof near the shanty:
Jump towards the shanty, it will start floating:
Jump to the roof across
Keep hopping to the next roof:
Get to the roof with the haystack on it:
Jump down to the stone wall:
Catch the Shanty at the edge of the wall:
If you failed to catch it, you can fast travel to the viewpoint southeast or southwest, or move away from the area, which will cause the song sheet to respawn, and you can try again.
