How to catch[edit]
If you are quick enough, you might be able to catch the Shanty as it begins to fly away.
Climb the YELLOW colored building:
Climb this decorated stone platform:
You should be able to catch the Shantey immediately as it will fly towards you:
Otherwise, try and give chase.
If you failed to catch it, you can fast travel to the viewpoint to the southwest, or move away from the area, which will cause the song sheet to respawn, and you can try again.
