"Kill El Tiburon" is a mission objective in Sequence 12 / Memory 03: Tainted Blood

El Tiburon is one of the hardy fellows you fight. He will ignore all damage inflicted by your swords or hidden blades unless you do something first: Shoot him. In order to kill him, you just need to shoot him. be sure you have lots of bullets going in. If you find yourself short, you can look for the crates and barrels in the area to find more bullets. If you do not have any soldiers to use as shields to block the incoming fire from El Tiburon, then you can either shoot him or drop a Smoke Bomb by him. Either way, just keep firing on him. It does not take too long to kill this mountain of a man. Headshots are especially effective at doing this.
