"Kill Hilary Flint" is a mission objective in Flint's End
Walkthrough[edit]
When you make it to the seaside market, start creeping along the wall to the South. You can also just stay with Rhona as she goads Flint into an attack. When Flint is alerted to your approach, he will run for the Eastern dock that is nearby him. There he will have a few men backing him up. Just chase after him and kill him quickly.
