Kill The Captain

"Kill The Captain" is a mission objective in Sequence 6 / Memory 03: Siege of Charles-towne

Walkthrough[edit]

The Captain will take off running just after the announcement of pirates. Take off after him. Go straight fot he sloped board just up the stairs to the right. Run straight on after that. Climb up onto the rooftop of the covered walkway that collapses in front of you. Just keep running forward for a while.

When you reach the gate of the fort, go over to the left. There is an angled stack of wood that can be used to quickly get over the wall. Climb up that and run forward. When you get the sloped canvas, time will slow down for a short while. Hit jump around the middle of the canvas to avoid going right into the jaw of a crocodile. Cross over the rest of the water.

Here is where things get tricky as you have a chance to get at your target and kill him. Break to the left of all the Brutes and keep after your target. There is a chance he will get caught on the boards for a moment. Use that time to move in and kill him. From here until he gets through the warehouse are the best times to kill him. The second best is as you go through the warehouse but that is cutting it very close. If the captain makes it through the warehouse and to the gates of the mansion beyond then nothing can be done and you will need to replay this section of the memory. Success means you complete this sequence
