"Locate the real target" is a mission objective in Commander's Ruse
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the East to the Search area overlaid on the Restricted Zone. Do not immediately enter it, instead go to the edge of it. Use Eagle Vision to find your target. After that you will want to stay on the outside of the wall. If he is not immediately visible, head along the Eastern Wall to the North. Look for a break it in and look inward to continue your search and find your target.
