The sync point on Misteriosa is located atop a temple to the north-eastern side of the island. This is the same one that Edward finds when hunting for the Reinforced Iron Mortar Blueprint using the treasure map found on a nearby beach.
How to Climb the Sync Point[edit]
This point is a tree, and is relatively easy to climb.
Simply make your way to the top of the temple, dig up the treasure if you haven't already, and then make your way out towards the edge of the temple.
Climb up onto the stump of the tree, and then walk out over the river below on the thin branch that extends outwards. Look down, and you will see a pristine blue river beneath you. Synchronize the point when you reach the edge, and then perform a Leap of Faith into the cool water below.
