Approach the Shanty from the east and chase it. This is a field outside the city so there aren't that many obstacles, but be careful not to climb a tree accidentally.
The Shanty will float towards the shore:
You should be able to catch it when it gets near the shore:
If you didnt catch it, leave the area and come back and the song sheet should respawn in its original position.
