When you make it onto the beach you can see a lot of Soldiers, Scouts, Brutes and a Captain. You need to help kill 20 Soldiers on the beach and then you need to go kill the Captain on the nearby ship. Good use the Rope Darts and Smoke Bombs will make short work of your opponents here. Brutes are very vulnerable to the pull from Rope Darts and the stun of Smoke Bombs. Just kill off the 20 then head for the ship in the bay.
Climb up onto the deck if you want a big fight. Otherwise, climb up at the bow or the stern of the ship and move over to the Captain's position using the rigging. With some careful aim, you can take him down with an aerial assassination.
