Swimming is integral in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, more so than in any other entry in the series.
Because the game casts players as renowned pirate Edward Kenway, players will be able to swim faster and better than ever.
Edward has two swimming speeds: a slower, leisurely pace that he defaults to, and a "sprint" pace achieved by holding down the trigger.
Because Edward is in the Caribbean, he will have to swim very frequently.
Diving[edit]
Edward can also dive using a diving bell.
