"Take Wheel" is an action in the game Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag.
To take the wheel, stand next to the Ship's Wheel and interact with it ("B" on Xbox 360/Xbox One, "Circle" on PS3/PS4, "A" on Wii U)
This will assume navigational and weapon control of the ship
