Time Phase is a skill in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag which allows players to slow time for anyone within the radius.
Time Phase is thrown like a grenade, and detonates as soon as it impacts. All players and NPCs within the resulting bubble are slowed, with the exception of the player who threw the Time Phase.
