Find and retrieve the Serpent of Serapis spear on the military ship is an objective in Assassin's Creed: Origins (ACO).

Talk with the Blacksmith to learn a little about where to find the Spear of Serapis.
They will point you toward a large area on Lake Mareotis.
You can easily fast travel to Dead Men Tell No Tales to be perched on an island just outside the search zone.
Once nearby, use Senu to hunt for the target boat without having to chase after all the large barges found on Lake Mareotis.
The barge is slow moving, but still on the go throughout game play, locations will vary.
With the military ship marked, have Senu do a fly over, marking the soldiers you can to find your target and mark the others.
Once you have marked the soldiers, find a nearby boat and sail to the marked location.
Dive into the water 50-100 meters from the boat.
Climb up on either side, around the middle, then moving to either the front or back.
From there, work through the soldiers carefully, one at a time.
Be aware in some locations you cannot get the ledge assassination on the soldiers.
You will need to to get in position for takedowns or aerial assassinations.
There are 3 soldiers and 1 Captain on this boat.
1 of the soldiers, starting in the middle, has the spear that you have set out to find.
When he is killed, he will drop some loot.
The mission is completed when you collect the Spear itself from the drop.
