"Assassinate David Brewster" is a mission objective in Sequence 2 / Memory 01: A Simple Plan
Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the right and through the doorway. You will find find 2 archways leading away from this area. The one of the left will allow you to drop straight down to the floor while the one of the right lets you cross the room using pipes. Head to the farther one, the right-hand one, and cross to the middle of the room.
Below you is a patrolling Thug. Take him out with a Throwing Knife and then cross over to the far side of the room. You can also take him out with an aerial assassination. This makes approaching Brewster a little more difficult.
On the ground, eliminate the thug patrolling the left-hand doorway with a corner assassination or a throwing knife. Slip over to the nearby shelving and wait. There is a Brute patrolling the area to protect Dr Brewster. Lure him over by letting him see you and take him out with another corner assassination or a throwing knife.
Head over to the left and move forward to take cover. Wait for Brewster to come close, climb up onto the shelving and you can easily get the Aerial assassination. That or slip out from cover to get behind him for a quick assassination.
