Walkthrough

Pick the lock on the door. Wait for the nearby guard to move away. Once he does, go inside and take him out before you slip over to your target, the Earl and eliminate him.

Alternatively, you can slip around down the hallway to the right of the door. This will give you access to a lightly guarded door. Use a Dart on the Brute just inside to draw attention there. This will also let you slip into the room with a greater chance of being undetected.

Unique Kill

If you got Lord Cardigan's Password, you will be admitted directly into the room. Jacob automatically kills the guard quietly. You can immediately assassinate your target from here.
