"Avoid all the sniper's shots" is an optional mission objective in Sequence 7 / Memory: Playing Politics
Walkthrough[edit]
This objective is active while Jacob is chasing down the Sniper.
When you are chasing the Sniper you need to avoid all the shots that are fired at Jacob. The easiest way to do this is to keep on the move. Try to be Ziplining toward the Sniper when she reaches the end of the house. Use cover and watch for the bullet dodge prompt if it gets presented.

- Do not kill any guards in the Sinopean Club
