"Do not kill a single policeman from the convoy" is an optional mission objective in Sequence 5 / Memory: Research and Development
Walkthrough[edit]
While you are finding the Convoy carrying Ned Wynert and while freeing him, you are not to kill a single Policeman. This can be tricky depending on how you choose to approach the situation.
The easiest way is to first, get ahead of the convoy, block their path with another carriage and get to the rooftops. Wait for them to gather up and then throw a Smoke Bomb toward any of the convoy. This will get the horses to panic and run. Keep with the carriage with Ned Wynert inside it.
This will likely get some attention from the police. Avoid them by all means possible. Still, getting their attention has a good chance that after they will simply ignore the carriage with Ned inside it.
Once you get the Policemen shaken off, head for the carriage with Ned Wynret inside it. If the police are still nearby, grab the carriage and clear out of the area quickly. Keep going until you are outside their search zone. After that, just get off the carriage and free Ned.
