"Eliminate all Blighters" is a mission objective in Sequence 3 / Memory: Gang Stronghold - Spitalfields
Walkthrough[edit]
Climb in toward the Stronghold from the Northern side. Get to the inside of the houses. Use Eagle Vision to identify the Sniper and see where the Clinkers (soon to be Rooks) can be found. Head to the inside roof and look down.
You will eventually see a Thug pass through this area. Ambush him with an Aerial Assassination around the middle of the narrow passage between the buildings. Climb up onto the house in front of you, to the South, after that.
Farther to the South you can see, with Eagle Vision, one of the Clinkers. There are a lot Blighters around so you will need to eliminate them without entering open conflict.
Head to the Western edge of the building you are on and take out the Blighter below you with an Aerial assassination. Take a moment to pick up the body and move it to about where the first one is. Climb back up onto the same house you were just on. Time to pick off a few more Blighters.
This time head to the Eastern end of the house and look down. You will spot of the Blighters who will move around a bit. Just behind them is a hay cart. Get the angle right and you can jump into the cart and perform an assassination on the nearby Blighter. Climb out of the hay and turn to the East. Climb up the nearby house to the South.
Look down the between the houses nearby. You will see a Sniper patrolling the nearby area. When she is in range for an aerial assassination, take her down. Turn to the South after that.
Follow the walkway a moment. You will find a pair of Blighters guarding one of the Clinkers. If Jacob has Double Assassination, take advantage of that to quickly move in and eliminate both of them from above. Otherwise you need to risk combat to eliminate the surviving Blighter. Free the Clinker after you deal with the Blighters. You should have 4 left at this point.
Head to the North and get onto the rooftop of the first building in that direction. Head to the North along the rooftop. You will see one of the Blighters below you. Move into position for a knife throw and eliminate her with a headshot.
There are just 3 more Blighters to deal with. Head over to the West and wait for the 2 patrolling the area to pause. Move in and take them out with a Double aerial assassination. If not, then get at least one with an assassination by sneaking up on them. There is a good chance the Stronghold take over will be complete at this point.
