"Halt the eletroconvulsive therapy session" is a mission objective in Sequence 4 / Memory: Overdose
Walkthrough[edit]
Enter the Asylum from the central Eastern window Entry Point.
Turn to the South and slide through the open vent close to the floor.
Once through the vent, head through the first doorway on your left. Immediately go to the left after that.
This brings you into a small wash room. Look around it to find an opening in the floor. Assassinate the guard who is likely through the hole to drop down a level safely.
Once you need to head to the East to the very last room on the floor.
In this room, wait for any guards to come in and then pass through. Head over tot he two men holding someone down and administering the electro-convulsive treatment. Approach and assassinate them. This will stop the treatment and complete the optional objective.
