Napoleon's Bicorn #12 is a collectible in Assassin's Creed Unity: Dead Kings (ACU:DK).
There are 4 Napoleon's Bicorns to be obtained in the Windmill District. There are 27 total scattered throughout Franciade.

This Bicorn is found on the Southern edge of the city in the Windmill District. Look for the crypt nearby the border wall with the cross on top of it. Climb up onto the top of this small building to claim the Bicorn.
