"Escape the clinic" is a mission objective in Sequence 4 / Memory 01: The Kingdom of Beggars

Walkthrough

Head for the stairs that you took down that are down the hallway with the door and opposite the "doctor" over the beggar. Just take the stairs up and head on out the window you came through. After that you just need to climb up onto the rooftops and run away from the clinic's area.
