Walkthrough[edit]
Make your way over to Ile Saint-Louis' View Point. Directly South of it you will find a Restricted Area. This is where you want to head. To the Northern side of the Restricted area and climb up onto the rooftop of the house inside the area. Onto the Northern face of the building. You will be given a new objective.
