Walkthrough[edit]

Head to the South from the Windmill. You will see a tower. You want to get inside it. There are a number of Raiders who are standing in front of you. If you want to avoid conflict, give a wide berth to them and slip up behind the tower. The tunnel you are looking for is accessible from the cliff-face just behind the tower.
