Walkthrough[edit]
The guilty party is the street artist. The problem is that the Street Artist has moved from where you last saw him. Turn to the South and start toward the marker there. You will find another search area. Go to the Eastern side of it and look for the crowd. In there you will find the Street Artist.
Approach him and he will turn and attack you.
