Walkthrough

This is the first thing you can do to get the full assassination for Sivert.

Moving along the Northern side of Notre Dame you will find a thug pair. One of them has a key that will give you an easy escape from Notre Dame. It can also be used, to a degree, as an ingress, but best for the outbound part. These thugs will move along the northern side of Notre Dame for a block or two then head into a nearby building. They will pause periodically. Use the pauses that they have to sneak up on them and pick the target's pocket. You can also just move in, fight and kill them, and loot the corpses for the key.
