Walkthrough[edit]
This is one of 2 opportunities that you can create in the Underground Raiders' Headquarters. Head to the center of the Hideout and then jump over to the Northern side of it. Be sure to take out the Raider Leaders below you to make your life a lot easier and to stay undetected.
Head up the wooden bridge to the West. Take out the pair of Raiders in front of you. Look across the room and you will see one man speaking to everyone assembled below you. That speaker is your target. A careful shot with the Phantom Blade and he is dead. This will scatter all the men assembled below and work to create a higher level of chaos.
