Walkthrough

This is what you want to start the mission with. The rest of the mission is very stealth oriented and a lot easier to pull off if you are not trying to shoot people. Head over to the right from the starting point of the memory. Just aim for whatever Thugs you can find. From the rooftop you start on you can easily find 3 or more targets. Just aim and fire. Just be sure to take out anyone who notices you to avoid getting overwhelmed. That or head over to the far side of the room for a little while.
