"Steal the wine" is a mission objective in Sequence 10 / Memory 01: A Dinner Engagement
Walkthrough[edit]
Head to the Southwestern corner of the estate. Deal with the part of guards that block this entrance by climbing above them then getting close enough to perform a double assassination. After that, activate stealth. Get through to the cart just beyond it. Go to the left-hand side of it. You will hear the merchants talking about the wine they have. Loot the nearby crate. This will give you the Lead-filled wine.
This wine presents one way to kill off your target. This is just one of two ways that you can trigger this assassination. This is a time sensitive assassination method. It is only available while your target is in his initial starting position. After that, you will need to engage him using the Infiltration Opportunity.
