Walkthrough[edit]
The tanner is talking with someone and they start walking off to the North. Give them a moment to get a lead and then start following them. When the tanner reaches the nearby plaza he will turn West. Keep to the rooftops or on his tail. He will stop when he gets to a large group of Raiders.
After a brief exchange, he will take off to the West running. Follow for a moment, getting down to ground level while giving chase. He will go South briefly then take off again to the West. He will go and hide in his tannery.
