The Rooks in Assassin's Creed Syndicate.
The childhood dream of Jacob Frye was to have his own street gang. When he and his sister Evie Frye began their bid to take over London for the Assassins, this was a chance for him to bring it to life.
A Rook is identified by the canary yellow band they will wear on their arm, sash and/or hat. They will smear some yellow on their shoulders as well.
