Famine is a boss in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
Famine is one of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse
Famine is the Harbinger for The Basement and The Cellar.
Famine has several attacks:
- Famine will spawn up to two Pooters to help him. When you kill on of the Pooters, he will spawn another one.
- Famine will charget at a player who is to the right or left of him. He can pass through walls and appear on the other side.
- After you deal enough damage to Famine, he will explode and only his head will remain. The head fires fast moving triple shots at the player.
