The Red Chest is a type of Chest in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (TBOIR)
Red chests are often found in Curse Rooms or Devil Rooms, though on rare occasions they might be found in Challenge Rooms, or after clearing a room.
The red chests may sometimes be surrounded by Blue Fires.

- 2x Troll bombs
- Super troll bomb
- Normal spiders
- Blue spiders
- Blue Flies
- Soul hearts
- 2 pills
- Devil Room item.
- Teleport to Devil Room on same level.
