- Try to enter the treasure room for a level as soon as possible, you might find a powerful item that will help you survive and clear the level.
- The treasure room is marked on your map with a gold crown
- The door to a treasure room is plated with gold
- Treasure rooms from Basement 2 and onwards are often locked and require a key
