The DLC menu in BioShock Infinite.
It shows the various pieces of DLC that the player has downloaded thus far, though it does not show any that are yet to come out.
How to Find and Access DLC in BioShock Infinite[edit]
To find the DLC that you have downloaded (Clash in the Clouds or Burial at Sea), simply hit Start at the Start menu.
From there, scroll down from the Main Menu to hit the "Downloadable Content" button. This will take you to the menu you see here.
